POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our team in Tokyo in a hybrid position.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design and implement generative AI solutions 
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines — integrating vector databases, embeddings, and document retrieval systems to enhance LLM accuracy with domain-specific data.
• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications on Azure — leveraging Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and AI agents — while integrating Azure AI services, managing APIs, and ensuring production-grade reliability and performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Japanese native or fluent (Read/Write/Speak/Hear), English skill is not necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
  effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  simultaneously
