Implementation Partner

• Own the onboarding & implementation of new customers

• Iterate and improve our customer onboarding journey as part of our success process

• Support our senior implementation partner in the implementations

• Be part of our implementation and success team, by directly answering customer questions

• Conduct interviews and calls with our customers, guide them through the implementation

• Build and maintain processes, to organize and automate the scaling of dozens of implementations via our CRM tool Hubspot

• Build knowledge around DATEV as an accounting software with our senior partner as mentor 

• Become a domain expert in accounting & DATEV

• Test the usability of new product features, to improve user friendliness

• Collect customers feedback directly in calls with the overall goal to improve our NPS score

• You want to make customers successful by making sure they can use our software flawlessly

• High level of organization that ensures no tasks are missed

• Be obsessed with our customer success, so much that close relationships emerge

• Be precise, detail-oriented and straightforward

• Be knowledgeable in accounting and open to learn DATEV

• Have a calm, but secure character that helps in resolving tricky situations with customers

• Good knowledge in the book keeping
