Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive A&E Project Manager, EIT to oversee client projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and clear communication across teams.  This is a remote position that can  be located anywhere in the US.

What Will You Do:
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, maintaining direct communication with clients and contractors.

  • Oversee project accounting activities including bid tracking, budgeting, and expense monitoring.

  • Utilize AutoCAD for drafting, design support, or quality control as needed.

  • Develop and manage project timelines, delegating or self-performing tasks based on workload.

  • Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Collaborate across teams and provide support to other departments as workload demands.

  • Manage internal and external communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

  • Participate in marketing and business development initiatives as opportunities arise.

  • Provide ongoing education and guidance to team members regarding client standards, project scope, and procedural updates.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities and expectations may evolve based on business needs.

What You Will Need:
  • EIT certification in Civil Engineering.

  • 2–3 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably with New Site Build (NSB) projects.

  • 2+ years of direct AutoCAD experience, including construction drawing preparation.

  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD daily for design, review, or drafting tasks.

  • Strong multitasking ability and quick learner of new information and processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and retaining knowledge.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher education, certifications, or additional relevant training.

  • Previous experience with Right of Way (ROW) projects.

Position Type

  • This is a full-time and exempt position.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Expected compensation includes $70,000-$112,500 annual salary and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
