About the Position

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support and streamline our end-to-end hiring process as we continue to scale our team in the fast-paced world of fintech. You will be responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, managing communications between candidates and hiring teams, and ensuring a smooth, exceptional candidate experience. You will be instrumental in building a strong recruiting foundation that helps attract and retain top talent as we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing logistics for candidates and interviewers.

  • Act as a main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support all stages of the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Ashby).

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations, processes, and candidate engagement.

  • Assist with greeting candidates visiting the office, employer branding efforts, recruiting events, and other talent initiatives as needed.

What We’re Searching For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Ashby

  • A growth mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

We Prefer If You Have:

  • Experience in a tech or fintech company.

  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, or data tracking.

  • A passion for building strong teams and delivering an exceptional candidate journey.
