On behalf of SD Solutions, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer (Building From Scratch).

SD Solutions is building its own Workforce Platform—a next-generation internal system that will centralize and automate all HR, operations, and workforce management processes across multiple countries.
An advanced HR CRM, and will include dedicated spaces for:

  • Clients (team management, invoicing, reports, performance)
  • Engineers (PTO, documents, contracts, payroll overview, feedback cycles)
  • Admins / SDS Team (HR, Finance, Legal, IT Infrastructure, Recruitment workflows)

This is a large-scale greenfield project that will evolve into a core product powering SD Solutions’ internal operations worldwide.
We are assembling a mid-level to senior-level founding engineering team to build the platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build a full-scale multi-role workforce platform from scratch
  • Develop scalable, modular, and secure frontend and backend components
  • Implement multi-tenant role-based access (clients, employees, admins)
  • Integrate operational features: PTO management, contracts, payroll summaries, ticketing, onboarding
  • Build dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation features
  • Work closely with design, HR, finance, and operations to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions
  • Own CI/CD, testing, and quality standards together with the team
  • Participate in architectural decision-making for database design, storage, and event-driven workflows
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and data security across systems
  • Take ownership over deliverables and collaborate in an early-stage product environment

Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years of experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Strong experience architecting systems from scratch
  • Confidence working with PostgreSQL and ORMs (Sequelize, Drizzle, Prisma)
  • Experience with state management, query caching, and API-driven UI
  • Ability to design scalable database schemas
  • Solid understanding of authentication, RBAC, data security, and compliance
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, etc.)
  • Strong ownership mindset and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work directly with COO, CTO, and business stakeholders

Advantages:

  • Experience with HRIS, CRM, or FinTech platforms
  • Knowledge of Supabase or Firebase-like products
  • Experience building multi-tenant systems
  • Experience in fast-paced startup/R&D environments
