Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. What you will doDrive frontend architecture and implementation of our web application, delivering pixel-perfect, performant user interfaces.Design and build APIs, integrate with backend systems, and step into backend work when needed.Prototype, iterate, and ship features in collaboration with product and design.Advocate for frontend best practices, mentor teammates, and shape coding standards.Participate in architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.Balance speed and quality: build fast, reliable, and testable code.Be hands-on—troubleshoot, debug, and iterate with ownership.
What should my qualifications be?8+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on front-end engineering.Deep mastery of React, Next.js, UI architecture, styling, animations, responsive design.Strong system design skill, especially for frontend and middleware architectures.Proven track record integrating frontend with backend.Experience working from Figma / design mockups to production code with high fidelity.Strong understanding of state management, data flow, caching, performance in web apps.Good backend / API skills so you can partner on full-stack work.Excellent communication skills; can articulate UI decisions, trade-offs, and technical complexity.Capability to mentor peers and raise frontend standards across the team.Comfortable fast-moving environments; capable of balancing speed and quality
Must Have Experience
Programming Languages: Typescript, Javascript, Python.Frameworks and tools (one or more): ReactJs, VueJs, Tailwind CSS, Redux, Django/FastAPIAPIs (one or more): GraphQL, Rest API.Data storage (one or more): Postgresql, MySQL.Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services.
