Junior Full Stack Developer

About the Role
Synct is hiring a Full Stack Developer for Dashboard Insights. We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate or early-career developer with solid technical foundations, strong communication skills, and a professional approach to remote work. You will help build modern web applications for a growing data-driven SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend features using TypeScript, React or Next.js, and Node.js
• Build, query, and manage SQL-based databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Use AWS services for deployment, hosting, and cloud operations
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality features
• Contribute to code reviews and follow development best practices
• Maintain a professional remote work environment with stable internet and proper equipment

What We’re Looking For

1. Fresh graduate or early-career candidate (0 to 2 years) with a degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field
2. Hands-on development experience from capstone projects, internships, freelance work, or personal portfolio projects
3. Practical knowledge of:

• JavaScript or TypeScript
• React.js or Next.js
• Node.js or Express.js
• SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Basic familiarity with AWS from school projects, internships, training, or personal practice
  • Strong communication skills and professional conduct during interviews
  • Stable internet connection and an appropriate remote working setup

• Internship experience in software development
• Experience with TailwindCSS, Supabase, Firebase, or Spring Boot
• Participation or leadership in tech student organizations
• Portfolio showcasing systems, websites, or applications
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and modern development workflows
