ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

This is a newly created role to support our growing SEO team. 

In this role, you will help managing a portfolio of clients and implementing SEO strategies to maximize their campaign performance. 

As a fast-growing company, you will wear multiple hats and collaborate closely with other teams (SEA, UX) as well as senior leadership to develop optimal strategies for the company and our clients. You will also have the opportunity to support the sales team with potential clients seeking to grow their business through digital media. 

This position requires strong adaptability, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, mentor, and collaborate effectively. 

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in France and must be fluent in both French and English (written and verbal). 

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Help managing a diverse portfolio of clients by providing in-depth analyses and effective SEO strategies to increase their website visibility and organic traffic. This management will always be supported by a senior team member 
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices according to client needs 
  • Integrate content into the CMS of several SEO clients 
  • Use SEO analytics tools to monitor performance and produce detailed reports for clients 
  • Continuously research new opportunities and approaches to improve clients’ SEO performance 
  • Be proactive in assisting team members to identify and implement the best SEO solutions and strategies 
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and take initiative to successfully complete complex projects 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn how to develop, execute, and measure SEO campaigns 
  • Familiarity with (or motivation to learn) SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Search Console, etc. 
  • Exceptional project management, French writing, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams 
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines 
  • Good command of English is essential and knowledge of an additional language - especially German or Spanish - is a strong plus 
  • Previous exposure to SEO (even through coursework, personal projects, or internships) is a strong plus
