About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our client’s growing engineering team and help drive innovation in their core fintech platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful, customer-facing features within a modern banking and payments environment.

You’ll be collaborating directly with the Head of Engineering, as well as cross-functional partners in Product and Design, you’ll help build and scale the integration layer and user-facing components that power seamless, reliable financial transactions. From cashback logic and Visa payment processing to reporting systems and batch jobs for debt collection, you’ll work on mission-critical features that directly impact the customer experience. Beyond backend development, you’ll also contribute to refining the financial UX and UI, ensuring customers enjoy an intuitive and effortless digital banking journey.

Key Responsibilities

Fintech Systems Development

Design, develop, and maintain core services within the banking and payment integrations layer.
Build and support features including cashback logic, transaction processing (e.g. Visa), and scheduled batch jobs for backend operations like reporting and debt collection.
Ensure robust, performant code and smooth deployment pipelines using modern cloud infrastructure.
Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Customer-Facing Feature Enhancements

Bring intuitive financial experiences to life by transforming UX/UI concepts into polished product features.
Continuously refine flows related to transaction histories, cashback programs, and user balances to enhance usability and clarity.
Contribute to improving customer engagement and satisfaction through thoughtful software development.

Team Collaboration and Growth

Share ideas and propose technical improvements to existing systems and workflows.
Participate in regular planning sessions and code reviews to support team cohesion and knowledge sharing.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support broader product or engineering goals.

Other Responsibilities

Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You

2–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Solid background in software development and system design.
Proficiency in Golang, AWS ECS, and Terraform, or equivalent programming languages and cloud infrastructure tools.
Experience working closely with Product and Design teams to bring product roadmaps to life.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
