Education: Bachelors or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical automation design, system integration, and project management in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD).
Experience in motion systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assembly.
Familiar with PLCs, robotics, vision systems, and automation interfaces.
Knowledge of safety standards (ISO 13849-1, CE, UL).
Advantages: Python, data analytics, Power BI, and IoT integration for IR4.0 projects.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, project planning, and communication skills.
