About the Role
We’re looking for an accomplished content manager to lead our content management system, ensuring all digital content is published accurately, consistently, and in line with SEO best practice for one of the world’s most admired international jewellery brands.
Collaborating closely with the content lead and editor, you will ensure the content is uploaded regularly, maintain content health, implement structural or editorial updates, and ensure our website always reflects the most up-to-date, high-performing version of our work.
You will apply SEO and AI strategy when uploading content, in line with key client deliverables, and manage the flow of content between markets, making recommendations where applicable to ensure consistency, quality and measurable impact across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with editorial and creative teams to prepare content for upload and scheduling.
- Upload, format and publish all content types (articles, landing pages, homepage etc.) in the CMS, ensuring consistent template usage and clean formatting in line with our luxury client and audience expectations.
- Ensure every piece of content follows SEO best practice: metadata, alt text, keyword integration, URLs and internal linking.
- Apply the correct internal linking, navigation placement and UX logic to support discoverability and site structure.
- Track content from upload and scheduling to live publication.
- Work closely with SEO, design and development teams to troubleshoot issues and enable continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify issues, inconsistencies or performance opportunities.
- Maintain content hygiene by fixing broken links, updating outdated assets and flagging content updates with the editorial team.
- Partner with the SEO team to help optimise existing content for improved organic performance.
- Implement technical SEO updates directly in the CMS with the support of the SEO manager (redirects, canonical tags, slug corrections). Support testing and rollout of new templates, modules and site enhancements.
- Review content formatting, structure, accessibility, and brand alignment before publication to ensure all content meets editorial, SEO and UX guidelines.
- Own and maintain the master content calendar alongside the content lead and editor, ensuring it is always accurate, up to date and accessible to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar).
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO and how to apply SEO best practices in a CMS.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage high-volume workflows with speed and accuracy.
- Comfortable interpreting editorial content and transforming it into well-structured digital pages.
- Experience with web content formatting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and confident liaising across technical and creative teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and project or workflow tools.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are
- A problem solver who can identify issues, propose solutions and maintain high standards.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with a global audience.
- Interested in fashion, luxury, and digital culture, with an instinct for how premium brands present themselves online.
- Naturally curious about competitor activity and industry trends, and able to use that insight to ensure the site remains current, consistent, and best-in-class.
Performance Review & Development
You will report to the Content Lead EMEA, with performance reviewed based on:
- Quality and consistency of content publication across websites, with best practice both front and back end.
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows with speed, accuracy and good communication.
- Being a team player.
- Initiative, accountability and alignment with Greenpark’s values and culture.
