Our client is seeking a highly organised, mature, and methodical Personal Assistant to support him with his personal businesses and day-to-day coordination tasks. This is primarily a work-from-home role, with only occasional in-person meetings (approximately once a month). The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can follow up on tasks, coordinate activities, and keep our client updated while he focuses on his professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on ongoing tasks and provide timely updates.
Coordinate activities, make calls, and ensure items are completed as instructed.
Prepare emails, proposals, messages, and other business communication—using ChatGPT where relevant.
Create simple designs, presentations, or marketing materials using Canva.
Support in marketing-related tasks, copywriting, and basic creative work.
Remind me of important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Manage light administrative tasks and personal business coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organisational skills; methodical, reliable, and mature.
Very conversant with ChatGPT and comfortable using AI tools.
Ability to prepare professional communication (emails, proposals, messages).
Basic skills in Canva or similar design tools; creative mindset is a plus.
Ability to coordinate tasks, make follow-up calls, and get things done independently.
Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders.
Corporate work experience preferred.
Sales, marketing, or design background is an added advantage.
