Senior Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Cebu team. You’ll work with both backend and frontend technologies, taking ownership of features from design to deployment.

You’ll collaborate with our international development and product teams to build high-quality applications that solve real business problems. This role is hybrid, with most work done remotely, but occasional onsite meetings may be required.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java Spring Boot for the backend

• Build user-friendly frontends with React or Vue.js
• Work closely with product owners and QA teams to deliver features on time
• Optimize performance, improve code quality, and handle bug fixes
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate on API design and integration
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development

• Strong hands-on experience with: Java Spring Boot and React or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Bonus Points

• Experience working in the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g., Jira, Confluence apps)
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments
