Senior Database Administrator - MS SQL Server (REF4849E)

We are looking for a Senior Database Engineer.

A technical expert responsible for:

• building, monitoring, and maintaining data pipelines and database solutions.
• analyzing datasets to identify opportunities for product
• process optimization and utilizing models to evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches.

Education & Skills:

• at least 3 years of experience with MS SQL Server
• Professional, trustworthy, and empathetic demeanor
• Analytical, systematic, and structured working style
• High analytical and conceptual thinking ability
• High flexibility, resilience, and willingness to perform
• Good communication skills
• Broad and solid technical understanding
• Very good technical expertise in the targeted area and good knowledge of related technologies
• Strong cooperation, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
• Very good knowledge of English (German nice to have)
• Suitability for on-call duty

Desired Certifications:

• Microsoft SQL Administrator certification

• Oracle

• High availability solutions
• Command-line / shell scripting
• Support-related tools (e.g., PuTTY)
