Summary

We are looking for a Staff React Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve scalable, high-performance front-end solutions. In this role, you will act as a senior technical authority, contributing hands-on while also shaping architectural decisions, defining engineering standards, and guiding teams toward best practices.

As a Staff Engineer, you bring deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks—particularly React—and a strong ability to solve complex technical problems. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams, influence long-term technical direction, and mentor engineers to elevate overall code quality and delivery excellence.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Professional Experience

• 8+ years of experience building and maintaining software applications.

• 5+ years of professional experience working with React.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency with React.js and modern front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).

• Strong experience with application architecture, performance optimization, and state management in React-based systems.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and front-end integration patterns.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL) from a consumption and integration perspective.

• Experience implementing and maintaining unit tests and front-end quality practices.

• Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

• Experience working within Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

• Familiarity with containerization and deployment concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong understanding of application security principles (e.g., OWASP, OAuth).

• Experience optimizing application performance, including caching strategies and code-level improvements.
