We’re a 24-year-strong boutique consulting firm in rapid growth mode, and we’re looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our fully remote, senior-level engineering team.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Design, build, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful applications.
Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, and third-party systems.
Contribute to solution architecture, governance, and best practices.
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team.
A growth mindset, you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.
Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus.
