Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to grow and care for the BigWish community.

You will connect with users, make them feel part of our world, and help build strong relationships. You will talk with people on social media, reply to messages, and create fun and friendly communication.

You add items from any store, share one link with friends, and make gifting effortless and organized. It’s mobile-first, privacy-focused, and designed for life’s occasions — birthdays, moves, holidays or just because.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Build and grow the BigWish online community on Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms.
• Talk with users: reply to comments, messages, and questions.
• Create small posts, polls, and stories that keep the community active.
• Collect feedback from users and share it with the team.
• Help with online events, giveaways, and collaborations.
• Work with the SMM Manager and Marketing team to support content and campaigns.
• Keep the community positive, respectful, and fun.
• Watch trends and find new ways to connect with followers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage community channels and daily communication.
• Build a friendly and loyal space for users.
• Handle community questions, complaints, or ideas.
• Support the launch of new features and campaigns.
• Track community growth and engagement.
• Share updates, news, and content from BigWish.

About you:

• 3+ year experience in community management, social media, or customer support.
• Fluent English (writing and speaking).
• Friendly, positive, and helpful personality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Instagram, TikTok, or Discord communities.
• Organized and responsible; can manage daily communication tasks.
• Creative and full of ideas to make people engaged.
