About the Role
We are seeking a Data Scientist to help transform data into actionable insights that inform product, operational, and business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions that create measurable impact.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on technical skills, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organization, contributing to experimentation, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunitiesBuild and validate statistical, predictive, or machine learning modelsDesign experiments and evaluate results to support business decisionsCollaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needsTranslate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendationsCreate documentation and visualizations to communicate results effectivelyContinuously improve data models, methodologies, and workflowsMust-Have:3+ years of experience in Data Science or applied analytics rolesStrong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modelingExperience working with SQL and relational databasesAbility to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical audiencesNice to Have:Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)Background in startup or fast-paced environments
