About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights through analysis, dashboards, and reporting. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for turning data into stories that drive impact. You will work closely with business, product, and operational teams to provide visibility into performance and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze datasets to answer business questions and support decision-makingBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholdersWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform dataIdentify data quality issues and work to resolve inconsistenciesTranslate stakeholder requirements into clear analytical outputsCommunicate insights, trends, and recommendations effectivelySupport ongoing improvements in reporting and analytics processesMust-Have:3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related rolesStrong knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, or similar)Understanding of data visualization best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into insightsIntermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)Nice to Have:Experience with Python or R for data analysis or automationFamiliarity with statistical analysis techniquesExposure to cloud data environments or data warehousesExperience in healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS analyticsStartup or fast-paced environment experienceSpanish and/or Portuguese proficiency
