What you'll be doing?🔸 Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets in both English and Arabic.🔸 Review and validate information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, flagging and correcting any errors.🔸 Handle daily backoffice and administrative tasks such as document processing, record keeping, and data organization.🔸 Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal teams, ensuring data is clean, structured, and easy to understand.🔸 Communicate with internal stakeholders via email or chat in English and Arabic to clarify missing or unclear information.🔸 Follow defined procedures and workflows while meeting quality standards and turnaround times.About you🎧 You have strong English and Arabic skills (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.🎧 You’re highly detail-oriented and organized – accuracy is your superpower.🎧 You have experience in data entry, backoffice, administration, or similar roles (nice to have, not mandatory).🎧 You’re comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel and web-based tools; CRM experience is a plus.🎧 You can stay focused on repetitive tasks without compromising quality.🎧 You’re reliable, proactive, and eager to learn and improve processes.Perks💰 Fair market pay🏠 Remote, full-time job - work as an independent contractor from the comfort of your own home!🕐 9 AM - 6 PM GST schedule (with 1 hour of lunch break 🍕)🥳 Start-up culture, young team, no egos, no BSAbout Us
