In this role, you will
Analyze and interpret user behavior across user activity, purchases, and retention, turning insights into actions that enhance user experience and drive monetization
Build robust predictive models for churn, compatibility scoring, and fake account detection to support personalized user experiences and improve operational efficiency
Develop real-time recommendation systems for using, advanced collaborative filtering, embeddings, and deep learning techniques
Partner closely with product managers, marketers, and engineers, translating business opportunities into impactful, data-driven initiatives
Create and manage scalable data pipelines and interactive dashboards, enabling proactive monitoring of key metrics
Continuously innovate by exploring cutting-edge analytical techniques for deeper insights into user segmentation and behavior dynamics
It’s all about you
Advanced proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and Bayesian methods
Solid experience in experimental design, causal inference, A/B testing, and uplift modeling
Proven skills in machine learning, especially recommender systems, churn analysis, LTV prediction, and NLP techniques
Deep learning skills (PyTorch/TensorFlow) are a valuable plus
Hands-on experience with data wrangling (pandas, numpy, Spark) and ETL pipeline development (dbt, Python pipelines)
Familiarity with large-scale data warehouses like BigQuery, Redshift, or ClickHouse
Proficient in workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect) and Git for version control
Strong Python programming skills (classes, testing, modularity) with a focus on performance optimization (vectorization, parallel processing)Experience in conversational AI
Knowledge of pricing optimization, paywall testing, and offer personalization
Exposure to user acquisition and attribution modeling (first-touch, multitouch)
Proven success with funnel optimization and conversion analytics
