Requirements:

• 2.5+ years of proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scheduling skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. 
• Proficiency in managing inbound communications and scheduling systems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. 
• Experience in client relationship management, particularly with follow-up on invoices. 
• Flexibility to handle ad-hoc responsibilities and provide administrative support when required.

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity. 
• Manage scheduling for plumbing crews, ensuring each worker is informed of their daily assignments. 
• Handle inbound calls and emails to efficiently book jobs and respond to customer inquiries. 
• Liaise with clients to follow up on invoices and address any outstanding issues. Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational policies and procedures. 
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as needed to support overall operations.
