Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Professional with strong project delivery and technical skills. Ideal candidates will be client-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure support (not application support).

    • At least 3 years leading or independently delivering IT infrastructure projects.

  • Willingness to follow processes and utilize available tools.

Technical Skills & Working Knowledge:

Networking:

  • TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, Datacenter, Cloud

  • Firewalls (Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco ASA)

  • Switches (VLAN, SNMP, STP)

  • Wireless network setup and troubleshooting

  • Enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS)

Systems:

  • Windows Server (administration, hardware, deployment)

  • Hyper-V (administration and deployment)

  • Office 365 (administration and deployment)

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Workstations:

  • OS: Windows 10, macOS

  • Application management: Microsoft Office, QuickBooks

Communications:

  • VOIP systems (e.g., RingCentral)
