Your Role
As our German E-commerce Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the performance, presentation, and optimization of our German stores—our biggest and most important market. You’ll ensure every website update, seasonal campaign, and on-site experience is planned, executed, and optimized to drive higher revenue and profit across the company.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You speak German fluently and have a strong understanding of the German market and customer behavior.
  • You have hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, especially for e-commerce brands.
  • You can plan, manage, and maintain a full site calendar - including seasonal updates, German holidays, and promotional periods.
  • You’re organized and can create, assign, and track projects in ClickUp (or similar tools) to make sure tasks get completed on time.
  • You can coordinate with designers to request assets and ensure everything is delivered before launch.
  • You can review store data, monitor app performance, and manage reviews to keep the site healthy and optimized.
  • You collaborate well with email marketers and media buyers to align promotions, email flows, and on-site campaigns.

Role type: Independent contractor (candidates must be based in Germany)

Work model: 100% remote, fully flexible working hours

Time tracking: Hubstaff time tracker

Compensation package:

  • Hourly pay + performance incentives
  • Monthly stipend on your 3rd month with the company
  • Annual salary increment
