Job description

Purpose of Role

In this role you will be independently working on the design, development and implementation of financial service solutions using your Frontend experience and skills especially with Angular (Javascript / Typescript).

Key accountabilities

Implement the frontend parts of client's solutions with attention to product objectives and system integration.
Execute testing to improve the quality and reduce operational risk of the developed solution.
Provide on-going operational support of developed solutions to reduce the impact of application defects and related incidents.

Key challenges

Participate in the design and implementation of complex solutions.
Constantly evaluate, learn and apply new technologies and new development techniques.

Requirements

Independently owning the frontend part with Angular of a commercial product or project
Understanding of software quality assurance principles with experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests, Test Driven Development (TDD) and other agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of and practical frontend development skills including Javascript/Typescript and Angular
Strong knowledge of application architecture and design principles including API design, REST, OOP
Strong capability in problem-solving.
Good understanding of application architecture and design principles including SOA, Microservices, OOP, SOLID.
Good communication and collaboration abilities
DevOps and AWS experience is highly regarded.
Being able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Full stack with Java is highly regarded.
Interest in exploring new programming paradigms, languages, and patterns and a passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems.
