Lead Developer

About the Role

As a Lead Developer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality, scalable web applications. Youll collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to turn concepts into well-executed technical solutions.

What Youll Do

• Design, build, and deploy new features from end to end
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to peers when needed
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Anticipate technical challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Contribute to improving development standards, processes, and best practices

Technical Skills We're Looking For

Backend

• .NET
• C#

Frontend

• HTML, CSS
• JavaScript / TypeScript

Frameworks

• Angular preferred
• React or Vue experience also considered

Databases

• MongoDB preferred
• Any database experience welcome

DevOps & Agile

• Git version control
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker or other container platforms
• Cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Agile software development experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable working in Agile teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach: able to anticipate challenges before they surface
