As a Software Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend features and services
• Analyze and resolve software issues to improve product stability
• Partner with senior developers to integrate new technologies
• Engage with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions

What YOU bring to the team:

• 4+ years of work experience in object-oriented programming (e.g., C#, C++ or similar)
• Strong grasp of core computer science principles: data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Hands-on experience in automated testing and test-driven development
• Proficiency in multithreaded and concurrent programming
• Solid understanding of network protocols and network programming
• Experience with RESTful APIs and possibly gRPC or protocol buffers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

 Valued Knowledge Areas

• Experience building and maintaining distributed systems
• Knowledge of scalable and highly available systems
• Familiarity with databases and message queues
• Familiarity with Windows APIs
• Knowledge of performance profiling tools
• Exposure to CI/CD and build automation pipelines
• Use of AI-powered developer tools to improve workflow and productivity
