Shift Hours:
Central Standard Time (CST): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Manila Time (MNL): 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
What does a day in the life of a Trainer look like?
Core Modules — including Billing, Events, Contacts, Memberships, and Communications
Advanced Modules — such as Marketing Automation, Member Recruitment, and Benefit Tracking
What are the required qualifications of a Trainer?
1–2 years of experience in training delivery, customer support, or customer success (preferably in SaaS or software training).
Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence delivering to large virtual audiences.
Comfort with technology and web conferencing platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar, Teams, etc.).
Ability to learn software quickly and explain technical topics in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
