Stake holder management to work with stake holders closely.
Technical knowledge on Microsoft 365 services majorly in Teams, SharePoint on product level and as Admin.
Gen AI solutions primarily Microsoft 365 Copilot, Canva, Adobe AI and other Gen AI tools are advantage.
Open minded to learn new technologies and provide trainings to Business users with business use cases(example with Gen Ai tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot).
Added advantage having Analytics knowledge with tools like Excel, Power BI.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Teams and conferencing solutions to enhance collaboration and communication across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams, audio/video conferencing technologies, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
