Inside Sales Representative
Role Description
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR), KPP Team, is responsible for the over-the-phone sales and service process on behalf of stores. This involves following best practices in conjunction with stores and internal operations, ensuring prompt customer service and driving sales growth. The focus target customer group for this team is small fleet operators and owner/operators. These customers are grouped under the Kal Pro Plus program which is an opt in membership program for qualified customers to this segment. They receive a preferred customer national price list, special vendor rebates for savings and other benefits. This role is responsible for growing membership in the program and ensuring continued sales growth in tire products and services. Work from home arrangement is available as an option.
