  • 🏖️ Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • 🇵🇭 Paid Philippine Regular Holidays (if applicable)
  • 🏡 100% remote – work from anywhere
  • 🕹️ Collaborate with an award-winning, VC-backed indie studio redefining fitness gaming
  • 🚀 Contribute to a featured mobile title loved by players worldwide
  • ❤️ Be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to making movement fun and meaningful

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

🧠 Full Stack Game Systems Development

  • Build and maintain scalable backend services using Azure, PlayFab, and C#.
  • Implement server-side logic for player progression, matchmaking, and live events.
  • Develop Unity-integrated server features and ensure smooth client-server communication.
  • Manage APIs, authentication systems, and player data workflows across platforms.

⚙️ DevOps & Infrastructure

  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Support cloud configuration, deployment automation, and live operations stability.
  • Troubleshoot backend issues and continuously improve system performance.

🌐 Frontend & Web Tools

  • Build or maintain internal dashboards using React, JavaScript, and HTML for analytics or live event management.
  • Collaborate with game designers to implement web-integrated features and tools.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, art, and design teams to align technical systems with creative direction.
  • Participate in feature planning, documentation, and code reviews to ensure maintainability and clarity.

✅ Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in software or game development, preferably with live service titles.
  • Proficient in C# with strong backend or server-side development skills.
  • Experienced with Azure, PlayFab, or equivalent cloud gaming infrastructure.
  • Familiar with Unity and how to integrate backend systems with the client.
  • Comfortable working end-to-end on full stack features—from backend architecture to in-game delivery.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, especially in remote-first teams.

Bonus Points

  • Shipped or contributed to a commercial Unity-based game.
  • Experience with DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with web tools or dashboards for analytics and live operations.
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or movement-based games.
  • Curiosity about AI, UGC, or machine learning in gaming systems.

📩 How to Apply

Please submit:

  1. ✅ Your updated resume
  2. ✅ A short Loom video (1–2 mins) introducing yourself and describing a project where you worked on backend or full stack game systems
  3. ✅ A brief write-up highlighting tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms you’ve worked with
