Job Summary: The client is looking for Analyst with good communication and coordination expertise. Ability Coordinate with internal owners, offshore teams, and carrier support desks as needed to resolve access issues. We are fine with Fresh Graduates with strong communication and ability to coordinate.
Number of resources
4–6 analysts (entry‐level) – onshore, can be offshore (if they are more experienced)
Duration
6 to 8 weeks (Starting Early/Mid-January)
Purpose of the role
Review, standardize, and update carrier logins so that the offshore team and Comulate can access all required portals without issues.
Clean up credentials, ensure correct contact information, and document final status for each login.
