Join our team as a Software Engineer and play a key role in building and enhancing backend systems that power our business operations. You’ll work with .NET or Node.js to develop robust web applications and integrate them with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, our enterprise ERP platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ERP transformation and create scalable, high-performance solutions that drive real business impact. 
Location: Remote (Anywhere in India). You may be required to travel based on business requirements or for company/team events.

Job responsibilities:
  • Design and develop backend solutions using .NET or Node.js, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Integrate and customize applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business needs.
  • Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Logic Apps.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth system performance and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Propose improvements to enhance existing systems, streamline processes, and support ongoing operations.

Qualifications and prerequisites:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, using either .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC) or Node.js.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development, configuration, or integration.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular or React) is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and 3-tier architecture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in standard development practices.
Application process:

Before applying, please ensure you meet the role requirements listed above and have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is advertised. Our selection process typically involves an initial screening by a recruiter, a technical assessment, and two to three interview rounds. For this role, you will have 2 technical interviews followed by the HR Business Partner round. All interviews will be done virtually on MS Teams.
