Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. As part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Software Engineer

• Strong proficiency in Python (3.11+), with hands-on experience using FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask

• Solid backend focus, including async/await patterns and proper use of type hints

• Proven experience designing PostgreSQL database schemas, writing complex SQL queries, and working with ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy)

• Experience building RESTful APIs with proper authentication, validation, and documentation

• Demonstrated experience performing data transformations, ETL processes, and migrating messy data from tools like Notion or Google Workspace

• AI proficiency (non-negotiable):

  • Regular, practical use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar

  • Experience delivering real backend projects where AI was used to accelerate development (e.g., generating migrations, tests, API boilerplate)

  • Ability to distinguish between tasks suited for AI (CRUD, tests, migrations) and those requiring human judgment (architecture, security, business logic)

  • Comfort using terminal-based AI tools

• Experience integrating third-party APIs, ideally HR or payroll systems such as BambooHR

• Familiarity with writing data migration scripts and validating data quality

• Experience deploying backend services on AWS with DevOps support

• Experience working with Docker-based environments

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

• AWS services such as RDS, EC2, and S3

• Automated testing with pytest
