What You'll Be Doing:
Design, develop, and implement scalable APIs powering our payments ecosystem;
Architect disruptive technical solutions, collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams;
Build and sustain automated test suites to ensure impeccable quality;
Investigate and resolve production issues with agility and precision;
Leverage AI tools and frameworks to optimize development, including AI-assisted code analysis, automated testing, and predictive solutions;
Mentor and inspire fellow engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence;
What You Need To Succeed:
Passion for AI and Automation: Curiosity to explore how AI can transform software engineering; Experience using technologies like ChatGPT, Cursor, AI-assisted debugging tools, or machine learning-enhanced CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies;
Advanced English: Clear communication with a multicultural, distributed team;
Autonomy and Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a remote team and deliver results independently;
Nice to have, but not mandatory:
Experience with Golang or another relevant programming language: Proficiency in developing software and building highly scalable, resilient services that demand high availability, low latency, and minimal downtime.
Familiarity with Brazil’s Payments Ecosystem: Understanding systems like SPI, SPB, CIP, and installment payments.
