Join BlackStone eIT as a Program Manager and take the lead in orchestrating strategic projects that drive innovation in the tech landscape. In this dynamic role, you will manage an array of programs, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering exceptional outcomes.

As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, facilitating communication and teamwork. Your expertise will guide our projects from inception to completion, balancing organizational goals with client satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and manage detailed program work plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Lead the execution of programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Monitor and report on program progress and performance against milestones and goals.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate team meetings, ensuring collaboration and open communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present program updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, ensuring that all key information is recorded.
  • Manage budget allocations, track financial performance, and report on variance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of program and project management experience, particularly in the IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of modern program management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale and complex programs.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a MUST
