Your Part in this Growth Story:

Stonebranch is searching for a React Technical Lead who’s interested in designing and building amazing and impactful solutions for our customers by being a creative thinker, self-motivated, and passionate in continuous learning.  In this role, the React Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components for the web using React. As an ideal candidate, you have strong proficiency in React/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and have proven experience creating data visualization tools, monitoring user interactions, and optimizing components to work seamlessly across different browsers and devices. In order to fulfill this role, the candidate must also be an open-minded and creative team player. Good time management and project management skills are a must.

 

This will be a remote position based out of Bueno Aires, Argentina and working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ART. Monthly onsite meetings in Buenos Aires as well as occasional travel to our global Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, USA will be required. The position will report to the UDMG Product Manager.

 


Your Impact on The Organization:

UI/UX Development and Optimization

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable frontend architecture for complex web applications
  • Drive technical decisions and establish engineering standards across multiple React projects
  • Develop responsive, interactive technology for dynamic web pages
  • Optimize performance for rendering web applications and server API usage
  • Test and troubleshoot user interface software for quality assurance

Data Visualization and Component Design

  • Construct visualizations to depict large datasets clearly and effectively
  • Architect and build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and future use

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other developer teams to discuss and implement UI solutions





What You Will Bring to the Team:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development
  • 5+ years of advanced React development experience with demonstrated expertise in complex enterprise applications
  • Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in React ecosystem including advanced patterns, performance optimization, and architecture design
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML and CSS
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Experience architecting scalable front-end systems and establishing development best practices
  • Strong command of testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment strategies

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong architectural thinking with ability to design and implement complex technical solutions
  • Experience mentoring engineers, working in a fast-paced environment and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong time management and project coordination abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required
