Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will collect, process, and interpret large-scale datasets. In this role, you will act as a bridge between raw data and business strategy, leveraging advanced SQL and Python skills to provide clarity on critical data-related processes. Beyond crunching numbers, you will focus on data storytelling, transforming findings into compelling narratives that empower stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collect data from various sources and prepare it for further analysis
• Analyze data using statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data
• Create dashboards for continuous monitoring of changes in metrics and analysis of current annotation processes using various technical means
• Create informative visualizations, graphs, and charts that help understand complex data
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis results that help management in decision-making
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and increase efficiency based on data analysis
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment of analytical results with business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a fast-paced product-led company
• Strong command of applied statistics and quantitative methodologies
• Proven track record in developing complex interactive dashboards focused on product health and user behavior
• High proficiency in SQL, including writing complex, multi-table, and highly optimized queries
• Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience in developing automation tools to streamline repetitive analytical tasks and workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B2).

Nice to have

• Experience in designing database interaction architectures
• Familiarity with infrastructure management and cloud-based data environments
• Strong background in technical documentation and knowledge-base management.
