The Program Director provides day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight for the Pathways FORWARD Consortium, a five-year, $10M Lilly Endowment–funded initiative led by Fuller Theological Seminary. The Consortium advances a digital-forward transformation of theological education through shared services, co-developed curriculum, and institutional capacity building among evangelical, Hispanic-serving, and historically Black theological institutions. Reporting to the Dean of the School of Mission and Theology, this role ensures faithful execution of the grant vision, outcomes, and reporting requirements.
Fuller Theological Seminary prepares leaders for faithful service in a diverse and global Church. Through integrative theological education, missional engagement, and innovative digital delivery, the Seminary equips leaders for ministry in complex cultural contexts.
