Job description

We are actively seeking a skilled System Admin to join our dynamic technology team. As a key contributor, you will report to our SVP, DevOps. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a nimble team, collaboratively delivering product developments and enhancements across internal systems and desktop and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

·       Be part of the DevOps team to support and enhance the IT & manage cloud infrastructure hosted in AWS.

·       Provide end user IT support, helping with IT issues, Onboard/Deboard users, and maintaining IT inventory.

·       Help in identifying various tools to simplify and bring efficiency to IT management.

·       Support AWS cloud infrastructure, help provide world class support to the products, ensure it’s healthy and highly available to our clients.

·       Identifying the tasks which are complicated, frequent, or time-consuming processes which can be automated through tools like Jenkins/Ansible.

·       Work with DevOps team and help improve and simplify the current development and release processes which involve several distributed components using the latest AWS offerings.

·       Solid and demonstrate technical knowledge and proven track record in learning and implementing new technologies.

·       Process-oriented with focus on effectiveness and efficiency

Skills Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science & AWS Certification(s).

·       5+ years of System Administration managing IT systems and production cloud infrastructure.

·       Good solid understanding of IP networking concepts and OSI layers.

·       O365 knowledge and experience managing them.

·       Experience in MS Intune & conditional access policies.

·       Active directory (AD) knowledge and experience managing them.

·       Experience in end-user security tools like CrowdStrike, MS Bitdefender

·       Experience in Jenkins to perform automation & CI/CD

·       Experience writing Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Ansible and scripting languages.

·       Good knowledge and understanding of key AWS offerings (EC2,S3,Api-Gw ECS, ELB) and real-world experience supporting professional Cloud based offerings deployed on AWS.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
