We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Business Intelligence Analyst who can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and proactively drive improvements across the business.
Role Overview
As a BI Analyst at 10Ten Gaming LLC, you will own end-to-end data reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking across the organisation. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate attribution, robust tracking, and meaningful insights that directly influence growth and profitability.
This role requires someone who is not just technically strong, but also a thinker and problem solver—someone who proactively identifies opportunities, suggests improvements, and turns data into action. In this role you will own the data, ultimately the “source of truth” for all marketing and product decisions.
You will be working with multi-faceted data sets across our site and inbound channels and will be responsible to make sense of it, ultimately leading to actionable business insights on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting.
- Deliver clear, concise insights for stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to leadership.
- Rapidly adapt and update reporting as business priorities evolve.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
Data Analysis & Attribution
- Own multi-touch attribution modelling to assess marketing performance across channels.
- Analyse user journeys, conversion funnels, retention, LTV, and monetisation metrics.
- Provide deep insights into player behaviour and marketing ROI.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to optimise acquisition and engagement strategies.
Tracking & Mobile Analytics
- Implement and manage tracking across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with AppsFlyer and mobile app attribution.
- Ensure correct event tracking, attribution logic, and data flow across tools and platforms.
- Troubleshoot tracking, issues and proactively improve data quality.
Data Warehousing & Querying
- Work with data warehouses and large datasets to support BI needs. Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data.
- Build scalable data models that support long-term reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with engineers or data teams as needed to improve data infrastructure.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Innovation
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Proactively bring ideas, insights, and recommendations to the table.
- Identify gaps in tracking or reporting and propose actionable solutions.
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar data-focused role.
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution models and marketing analytics.
- Advanced experience with Tableau (dashboard creation, performance optimisation).
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer and mobile app tracking.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses.
- Experience defining, tracking (including navigating marketing nuances such as pixels and postbacks), and iterating on KPIs at daily, weekly, and monthly levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sweepstakes, gaming, iGaming, or mobile-first businesses.
- Familiarity with additional BI or analytics tools (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams.
- Understanding of marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) from an analytics perspective.
