Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 a year

Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Understand the various configurations of the product how they work.
  • Good understanding in inbound, outbound and inventory functions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and drive system/process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and business contexts.
  • Experience in configuration changes and implementation
  • Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience working in global teams and onshore-offshore models.
  • Preferred:
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Postman.
  • Strategic mindset and critical thinking.
· Comfortable leading meetings and presenting to diverse audiences
