Job description



This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth management (RGM) through the application of advanced AI techniques. The individual will analyze complex data sets, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify RGM opportunities and challenges, designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using statistical and machine learning methodologies. Responsibilities also include data cleaning, preparation, and validation, as well as effectively communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Develop and implement AI-driven models and algorithms for RGM
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover RGM insights
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate RGM models
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, emphasizing RGM implications
  • Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making in RGM
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI and RGM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive RGM business outcomes



Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data science or related field, with a focus on RGM
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques relevant to RGM
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Ability to clean and preprocess large datasets for RGM analysis
  • Experience with data mining and data wrangling techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in RGM contexts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey RGM insights effectively



Required Skills:

Primarily remote position, will be required to travel occasionally (up to 25%) based on business need (domestic)

Duration of assignment is about 6 months. Currently, this is a temp role position.



Desired Skills:

You may be working EST and CST hours. However, you must be comfortable working EST hours.



Degree Requirement:

All applicants submitted will be required to complete a technical assessment prior to any interviews. The hiring team will review the results and determine next steps regarding interviews based on performance.
