Overview
Seeking a Senior M365 Engineer for a remote contract role to lead Microsoft 365 administration, security, and automation in an enterprise environment.

Key Skills / Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA
Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, retention, eDiscovery
PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph
Teams & collaboration architecture (Teams Phone a plus)
Intune and modern endpoint integration
Enterprise governance and security best practices
Act as senior escalation point for complex M365 issues

Requirements

7+ years Microsoft 365 / identity experience
Strong PowerShell automation background
Enterprise or multi-tenant experience
Proven success in contract or consulting roles
Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
