Rate : $80/hr on C2C Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Lead a diverse team of data scientists, interns, and PhD researchers, nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence. Project Development and Deployment: Spearhead the agile development and deployment of machine learning projects focusing on areas like anomaly detection, fraud detection, and automated systems. Your portfolio should demonstrate experience deploying multiple projects into production environments. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding problem formulation, data pipeline setup, feature engineering, and more. Machine Learning Expertise: Apply your proficiency in both unsupervised and supervised machine learning, leveraging skills in dimensionality reduction, clustering, probability, and statistics to develop state-of-the-art solutions. Cloud Architecture: Develop and manage robust cloud architectures, with a particular emphasis on AWS cloud services.
Product Management: Play a pivotal role in the product management process, steering the development of an internal machine learning platform for comprehensive lifecycle management of projects and models. Qualifications:
Master's degree of PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development, including expertise in utilizing libraries like Pandas, SQL-alchemy, and Streamlit.
Proficient in data engineering activities including data cleaning, manipulation, visualization, analysis, and modelling.
Solid grounding in software development tools like Git, Docker, Jenkins, and others for seamless project deployment and management. Desired Skills and Expertise:
Strong communication skills. Particularly, articulation of complex data science and analytics methods in layman's terms for stakeholders and clients.
Proficiency in AWS Cloud Architecture and Services is a must.
Demonstrated experience with generative AI will be considered a significant plus.
Exceptional command over mathematical modelling, optimization, and related tools such as MATLAB and Python.
Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring a team, with a proven track record of successful project deployments (at least 8 projects in 2 years).
