Protocol Lead

The role

As Protocol Lead, you'll own the design, development, and maintenance of the on-chain suite. You'll build tooling to support integrations, contribute to core infrastructure, and research emerging technologies to keep at the forefront of the industry. You'll also serve as the team's blockchain subject matter expert, supporting teammates across the stack on all things related to blockchain interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, and maintenance of the core smart contracts.
• Support customers integrating at the smart contract level.
• Deeply understand and add support for non-EVM chains.
• Iterate on the SDK and relevant documentation to supply a strong integration experience.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team in Go and TypeScript on blockchain-facing technology.

What we look for

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Solidity development.
• Deep familiarity with Solidity, Rust, and other relevant emerging tools.
• Strong familiarity with Golang and/or Typescript.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with external partners/customers.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to ship high-quality systems
