AI Engineer

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We take pride in our diverse and talented team and partners, spread across the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands, and other regions worldwide.

We are looking for a AI Engineer for our flagship project, Happy Color. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Models & Infrastructure

• Deploy and configure modern text-to-image models (Stable Diffusion 1.5 / XL / 3.x, FLUX, etc.) on cloud GPUs or internal servers.
• Integrate and maintain additional modules: LoRA, ControlNet, DreamBooth / fine-tuning tools.
• Set up a reliable generation pipeline: queues, batching, logging, monitoring.

2. Custom Styles & Training

• Train and fine-tune models / LoRA adapters for company-specific visual styles and use cases.
  
• Collaborate with the art team to prepare and clean datasets.
  
• Maintain a library of models and styles (versions, descriptions, usage examples).
  

3. Tools for Internal Users

• Configure a convenient workflow for internal teams using existing UIs (Automatic1111, ComfyUI) or develop a lightweight custom web interface.
  
• Create presets and straightforward generation flows, ensuring non-technical team members can achieve consistent results.
  

4. Support & Development

• Monitor service stability and generation quality.
  
• Optimize performance (model configurations, generation parameters, caching).
• Test new models and features, introducing them when they provide real business value.

Requirements:

• Experience with Python.
  
• Experience with PyTorch.
  
• Hands-on experience with modern diffusion models: Stable Diffusion (1.5 / XL / 3.x), FLUX or similar derivatives.
  
• Experience with at least part of the ecosystem: LoRA (training/inference), ControlNet, DreamBooth or other fine-tuning approaches.
• Experience with one or more model-management tools: ComfyUI, Automatic1111 WebUI, or custom Gradio/Streamlit interfaces.
• Basic image processing skills (PIL, OpenCV, or similar libraries).
• English, Russian - C1.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience deploying on cloud GPU services (RunPod, Vast.ai, AWS/GCP, etc.).
  
• Ability to build simple APIs (FastAPI / Flask) to access models.
  
• Basic understanding of Docker / containerization.
  
• Knowledge of MLOps fundamentals: weight storage, model versioning, backups, logging.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and interest in visual content.
