CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Oracle Cloud Database position for our client.

Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Design and develop Fast Formulas for Payroll, including earnings, deductions, proration, element skips, and retro calculations.
Develop Fast Formulas for Absence Management covering accrual calculations, carryover rules, and eligibility checks.
Build and maintain Fast Formulas for Time & Labor, including time card validations, overtime calculations, and shift differentials.
Configure and maintain Payroll elements, balances, and input values in accordance with legislative and organizational requirements.
Implement custom payroll logic using Fast Formulas for earnings, deductions, and retroactive calculations.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve formula compilation and execution errors during payroll and time processing.
Optimize formula performance and ensure compliance with legislative and organizational policies.
Support data transformation formulas for HCM Data Loader and integrations.
Apply knowledge of HCM extracts and BIP reports to support ongoing projects.
Participate in staffing and support for in-flight projects with Atlanta Public Schools.
Skills:
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas and Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
Expertise in HCM Data Loader, HCM extracts, and BIP Reports.
Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Problem-solving and debugging skills for complex payroll and time formulas.
Experience:
Proven track record in Oracle Cloud HCM application development, including payroll and time management solutions.
Hands-on experience with designing, configuring, and maintaining Fast Formulas.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
