• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for large-scale programs.
• Establish quality standards and metrics; ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle including unit, integration, system, and UAT phases.
• Coordinate alpha and beta testing schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee test automation frameworks and drive adoption of automation tools.
• Ensure defect tracking and resolution through structured QA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, operations) to meet quality goals.
• Provide status reporting on test progress, issues, and risks to leadership.
• Manage and mentor QA/test teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards during testing.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Selenium, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Work with offshore team and deliver as per the customer requirement
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/Test Management with exposure to large programs.
