Motion Designer

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Motion Designer to join our marketing creative team. You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, creative producers and to create dynamic content that elevates our company products and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations paid social, and ad networks.
• Optimize video and graphic assets based on ad networks technical requirements.
• Collaborate with creative producers to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and design directions.
• Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with mobile ads & design trends, animation techniques, and emerging tools.
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, Motion Graphics Artist, or in similar roles within the mobile gaming or visual content applications industry (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with AI tools (graphics, video, voiceover, music).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  
• Passion for mobile games and awareness of current genre trends.
• Russian - С1/higher, English - B1.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with 3D motion design using Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Figma or UI/UX animation workflows.
